Below is the Ultrasound Results from Lilly's Ultrasound done on 4/23/14, I have only blocked out on the record MRN, Account Accession and order numbers. All other information is there for you all to see.
Lilly is being treated by Dr. Waseem at Children's Specialty Center of Nevada also know as Cure 4 The Kids.
I am providing you this information because I have personally read a lot of scams out there where someone claims to have something going on, takes people for money and then it comes to be found out it is all fraud. I have also had people tell me they would love to donate, but have been burned in the past by fraud.
I am not one to want to ever take advantage of people, I watched my mother in law Suffer a long battle of Cancer to have her taken just weeks after our first child Logan (now 7) was born.
I watched my own baby sister Grace find out she had breast cancer, diagnosed in her 20's, she went through Chemo and Radiation and carries the scars of her battle to fight and win! She is cancer free and has been for 6 years.
Our daughter is sick, its true... we are not happy about this and it is something we didn't share with friend and family for a long time because we didn't want to worry anyone. We hope that we will have a diagnosis after her upcoming surgery to Biopsy her neck.
We have only asked for Donations in order to help us with medical bills, transportation to and from all her doctor visit and Physical Therapy appointments, loss of wages when we have to take time away from work to go to her Doctors, Physical Therapy and the up coming surgery and recovery time.
One donation was specifically given to buy some toys for Lilly to play with while she is recovering at home after surgery.
Below the Report, I have given a little breakdown of what the report says.

Right neck demonstrates level II* (level II is Location See below) in the area palpable concern Measuring 15x14x8 mm. A Second level II lymph node measures 14x13x9 mm
Basically this means on the right side of her neck she has 2 lymph nodes that are at a size that is concerning (Width x length x thickness) when I checked Width and Length they are a little smaller then size of a dime.
Left Neck demonstrates 3 level II* lymph nodes measuring 17x16x8 mm, 12x13x6 mm and 14x15x7 mm.
Basically this means on the left side of her neck she has 3 lymph nodes that are at a size that is concerning (Width x length x thickness) when I checked the largest one and I think it is the original one found in November 2013 it is bigger then a dime.
These finding are consistent with adenopathy appear to be abnormal enlarged nodes. Clinical correlation is recommended.
* Levels II & IIA & IIB: Upper Jugular Group
Lymph nodes located around the upper third of the internal jugular
vein and adjacent spinal accessory nerve extending from the level of
the skull base (above) to the level of the inferior border of the hyoid
bone (below). The anterior (medial) boundary is the lateral border of
the sternohyoid muscle and the stylohyoid muscle (or posterior aspect
of the submandibular gland when assessed radiographically),
and the posterior (lateral) boundary is the posterior border of the ster31
nocleidomastoid muscle.* Sublevel IIA nodes are located anterior
(medial) to the vertical plane defined by the spinal accessory nerve.
Sublevel IIB nodes are located posterior (lateral) to the vertical plane
defined by the spinal accessory nerve. The upper jugular nodes are
at greatest risk for harboring metastases from cancers arising from
the oral cavity, nasal cavity, nasopharynx, oropharynx, hypopharynx,
larynx, and parotid gland (Figure 3).
